Ab 19 Uhr Vortrag:
Bei der Veranstaltung wird es um das deutsche Recht auf Asyl gehen, wie es eingedämmt und abgeschafft wurde und um den Versuch nun auch weitergehende Schutzstatusse auszuhebeln.
Wir werden eine Einführung über die Asylrechtsschaffung, -verschärfungen und – abschaffungen von 1949 bis 2014 anbieten. Der Fokus liegt dann auf den beiden Asylrechtsverschärfungen diesen Jahres, die es in sich haben, denn hier wird auch versucht die verbliebenen europäischen Schutzmechanismen auszuhebeln.
Darüber hinaus sind ja schon wieder weitere Verschärfungen geplant. Außerdem wird es um das Wechselspiel von Staat und rassistischen Bewegungen gehen.
Anschließend gibt es eine Diskussion über Perspektiven antirassistischer Arbeit mit dem Schwerpunkt „raus aus der Deckung, rein in die Offensive“.

Abolition of the german asylum law [and other protection statutes of refugees]
The lecture is about the german right of asylum, about the containment and abilition and the try to circumvent other statutes of protection.
We try to give you an introduction of how was the german asylum law created, increased and abolished between 1949 and 2014.
After the first part we will focus on the two aggravations of asylum law this year wich also try to abolish other statutes of protection.
We´ll also inform you about the interplay of the german state and racist movements the last years.
After the lecture we want to discuss with you al about perspectives of antiracist movements with a focus on how to get out of defense and get into offense.
